BUD LIGHT® UFC® 100 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary. Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States (except CA) who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on May 15, 2009 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CDT on June 25, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Two Ways To Enter: (a) Internet: Visit www.budlightufc100.com (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry. (b) Text Message: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text “UFC” to shortcode BEERS (23377) and you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by Text Message. Participants entering this sweepstakes via Text Message may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. You may receive reply messages. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. All entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s designated official judging organization’s computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/mobile phone number, regardless of entry method.

4. Neither sponsor nor its agencies or Zuffa, LLC or its affiliated entities are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Should any portion of sweepstakes be, in the sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes, or submission of entries, sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the sponsor. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and will not be returned.

5. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 26, 2009 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be selected from each Group. Each Group consists of eligible entries received from residents of the states listed within each Group. Group 1: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT. Group 2: AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, and WV. Group 3: IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, ND, OH, SD, and WI. Group 4: AR, CO, IA, KS, LA, MO, NE, NM, OK, and TX. Group 5: AK, AZ, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize but sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per household.

6. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand and First Prize Winners will be notified by phone and will be required to respond to the phone call within 24 hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If a randomly selected Grand and First Prize winner participated via Text Message, he/she will be required to respond to a phone call within 24 hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner’s name and address or prize will be forfeited. If no return call is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected. Any alternates selected will also be required to respond to the phone call within 24 hours. Grand and First Prize winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within three (3) days of prize notification. Grand and First Prize winners' guests must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release within the same time period. Second Prize winners will be notified by phone, text message, mail or email. If a randomly selected Second Prize winner participated via Text Message, he/she will be required to respond to a phone call or text message within 24 hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner’s name and address or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within any of these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any alternate winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

7. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, and individual retail licensees are ineligible. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prize, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.

8. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

9. Grand Prize (5; 1 per Group): A 2010 Harley-Davidson Iron 883 Motorcycle and a trip for winner and winner's guest to the Ultimate Fighting Championship® 100 in Las Vegas, NV on July 11, 2009 (“UFC® 100 Fight”). For Harley Davidson Motorcycle portion of prize: Any options not included as part of the standard equipment, registration, licensing fees, sales taxes, insurance and costs associated with the motorcycle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the motorcycle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. MSRP of the motorcycle is $8,344. Winner does not have the choice of color or options. Winner must accept delivery of the motorcycle at a specified time and location. Winner must present a valid license and insurance prior to taking possession of the motorcycle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10.744.00 each Grand Prize. First Prize (5; 1 per Group): A trip for winner and winner's guest to the UFC® 100 Fight. ARV: $2,400.00 each First Prize. For both Grand and First Prizes: The UFC® 100 Fight trip consists of the following: Round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, two (2) VIP tickets to the UFC® 100 Fight, and a meet and greet with Dana White and UFC® superstars (subject to availability). Travel dates: July 10, 2009-July 12, 2009. Travel, accommodations, and UFC® 100 Fight date are subject to availability and change. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Second Prize (1,000; 200 per Group): A mail-in rebate coupon for $22.50 towards the purchase of UFC® 100 LIVE on pay-per-view television. Winners will receive a coupon via First Class Mail with the following redemption instructions: Order UFC® 100 LIVE on pay-per-view television scheduled for July 11, 2009 at 7pm PT/10pm ET, pay your cable or satellite company for the purchase with your regular monthly bill, send back the coupon and a copy of your cable/satellite bill with the charge for UFC® 100 LIVE as proof of purchase to: Bud Light® UFC® 100 Sweepstakes, PO Box 1141, Young America, MN 55594-1141. Once all information is validated, a rebate check will be mailed back to the winner in the amount of $22.50. This promotion does not apply to any UFC® 100 pay-per-view replay purchases or any purchases made on any media platform other than television. Proof of purchase must be received by August 28, 2009. Allow four to six weeks for shipment of rebate check. Rebate will not include any processing/order fees charged by your cable/satellite provider. If winner fails to order UFC® 100 LIVE for any reason, prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. ARV: $22.50 each Second Prize. For all prizes: If winner cannot accept prize as specified by sponsor, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes is $88,220.00.

10. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance of prize and prize travel, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all of the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.

11. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bud Light® UFC® 100 Sweepstakes Winners List Request, PO Box 3000, Young America, MN 55558-3000, for receipt by August 31, 2009.

12. This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Anheuser-Busch and is no way endorsed by Zuffa, LLC or its affiliated entities in the United States or other jurisdictions. Zuffa, LLC and is affiliated entities are in no way responsible for the Sweepstakes

13. Harley-Davidson Motor Company is merely a prize provider and has no responsibility for the conduct or administration of this Sweepstakes.
